Support Rules – Let’s Keep It Positive, Even When It’s Tough
Welcome to the support page for Ontp Economy—a space that exists to help our audience through challenges, questions, and the occasional financial frustration. We’ve created this section to share important expectations for how we can better support you—and how you can contribute to keeping this experience constructive and useful, for yourself and for the entire Ontp community.
Founded by Elryssa Meldraina in Oklahoma City, Ontp Economy was imagined as a place where financial trends meet practical insight, where education empowers, and where everyone—regardless of background—can understand the economy a little better. We publish tutorials that break down wealth planning techniques, examine trends and trackers, demystify capital flow strategies, and explore next-gen thinking through on-chain models. But at the heart of it all is people—readers like you, trying to find clarity in a complicated world.
Why These Rules Matter
Truth be told, support can get messy—especially when emotions are high or expectations haven’t quite been met. We’ve encountered moments when comments felt unnecessarily harsh, or when readers forgot that, behind each reply, there’s a person trying their best. So here’s a page we never expected to have to write—but here it is, not to scold, but to reset and realign.
Support works only when both sides participate in good faith. A lot of care goes into each tutorial, idea tool, and research breakdown. Whether you’re frustrated by a delay, didn’t find an answer you were looking for in our expert tutorials, or just need extra clarification—our team is here for you. But we do ask that respect shape how support conversations unfold.
Basic Communication Guidelines
We shouldn’t have to say this, but experience has taught us otherwise. When reaching out for help, please remember:
- Be respectful. Angry messages, insults, or dismissive tones delay—not speed up—solutions.
- Be patient. Our support team is small but committed. We respond during work hours, and we care about your experience. We really do.
- Be clear. If something isn’t working or doesn’t make sense, describe the issue calmly and with as much detail as you can.
We’ve spent too many hours responding to demands that skipped kindness. It’s draining, demoralizing, and in direct conflict with the kind of economy we’re building—one that supports human needs, not just digital transactions.
How We Help
We’re proud of what we’ve built—but we know there are limits to what an online platform can solve immediately. Here’s what we can help with:
- Navigating our content, such as economic fundamentals, trend exploration, or planning exercises
- Linking you to the correct course or tutorial section
- Clarifying technical terms or suggesting related reading
- Fixing broken links or confusing layouts
- Gathering your feedback for better updates
Here’s what we can’t do (and we wish we could!):
- Offer personalized financial or investment advice—we’re not a licensed firm or advisory service
- Predict market movements based on a DM
- Rewrite entire tutorials based on individual preferences
- Respond with urgency outside of our support hours or team availability
Our Hours, Our Humans
Ontp Economy operates out of Oklahoma City, from a cozy working studio tucked into 3614 Meadow Drive, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73128, United States. Our small-but-deeply-dedicated team works:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST
If you contact us outside of those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we log in on the next business day. Yes, we all wish the internet paused for realistic workloads, but until it does, grace and patience go a long way.
Contacting Us with That in Mind
The best way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. We monitor the inbox regularly during business hours. Use it when something genuinely isn’t working or when you’ve reviewed our content (like the planning tutorials or Startup Vision Blog) and still feel stuck.
We ask you not to send multiple emails for the same issue—each one restarts the support chain and slows response time. If you’ve submitted your question, we’re on it—even if we’re not instant. And if it feels like we’ve dropped the ball, gently remind us. That’s fair. It happens.
Content Support vs. Feedback Drama
We welcome feedback that improves our work. We discourage diatribes that demand we abandon our tone, format, or values entirely. Remember, our content exists to educate, not to close every knowledge gap on earth. If something feels weak or confusing, tell us why. We appreciate specificity over venting.
Examples of constructive support feedback:
- “The chart in this article didn’t load—could you check the link?”
- “This topic was great, but I’d love some clarity around XYZ term.”
- “Is there a related post that covers the basics of yield modeling?”
This helps. It truly does. Comments like “This is useless” or “Do better” help no one. We’re a platform made by humans with a mission rooted in improvement, not perfection.

If you haven’t already, please check our site before shooting over a message. Many of the answers are woven into:
Still can’t find what you’re looking for? Fair. Then yes, send that email. But even a quick look beforehand can save both of us some back-and-forth.
About Our Founder
Elryssa Meldraina launched Ontp Economy because she believed the financial world needed a new kind of clarity—something precise, open-minded, and beautifully taught. She didn’t want to create another economic think tank. She wanted to start a conversation that actually included people left out of typical finance circles. If that resonates with you, discover her vision at Meet the Founder.
One Final Ask
This page may sound a little firm—that’s because we’ve seen too many thoughtful, kind members of our team feel the weight of careless support messages. Like you, we’re trying to build something better. Your experience matters to us—but how we get there together matters even more.
Your tone matters. Your patience matters. Your presence here—even when it’s just to say, “Hey, this didn’t work for me”—matters.
